works perfectly with the Graco stroller click Connect 35. the only drawback is it works with several different carseats and the instructions are very clear for individual seats so it took some trial and error to figure out. If you have the same car set model like me be guaranty ignore the metal brackets on the bottom of the card (facing the inside of the seat) as these are not used. The rset will snap into the exterior car adapter just a click.
